The role

Clockwise is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial marketer to build out and scale our growth marketing strategy and marketing channels. As our first Growth Marketing hire, you’ll have a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for the function at Clockwise and to deliver significant business impact. You’ll play a critical role in helping our team acquire, engage, and retain customers with compelling marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll define our overall channel marketing strategy to hit growth and engagement goals
  • You’ll own and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle
  • You’ll manage, optimize, and scale our mix of paid marketing channels
  • You’ll develop key metrics and analyses to monitor and measure the performance of our campaigns
  • You’ll work with agencies and external vendors to support the overall channel strategy
  • You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Science to deeply understand the customer journey and incorporate those insights into our campaigns

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation, preferably at a leading SaaS company
  • You take a customer-centric approach to your work -- customer insights fuel your strategy and how you execute
  • You’ve built, run, and optimized multichannel campaigns across the marketing funnel, resulting in strong business results (e.g., increased user growth)
  • You have a deep knowledge of paid marketing channel strategies
  • You’re familiar with marketing automation platforms (e.g, HubSpot or Marketo), and comfortable working across the marketing tech stack
  • You’re extremely data-driven and analytical -- you love performance dashboards and running experiments
  • You’re comfortable working cross-functionally, whether it’s supporting a Sales need or providing feedback to the Product team
  • SQL experience a strong plus

Work location

Clockwise is currently working remotely in accordance with San Francisco’s “Stay Home” ordinance.
