The role

Clockwise’s Customer Success team empowers our users to maximize their focus time and productivity by making the most of the product. Our highly cross functional team is bringing on a Scaled CS Program Manager to build our very first self-serve playbook to figure out how best to provide fast, engaging, and scalable solutions for all our customers

What you’ll do

  • Empathize with customer needs while prioritizing a high volume, low touch customer success experience 
  • Develop & execute on a CS playbook prioritizing healthy onboarding, churn prevention, and renewal conversations
  • Use data and creative email outreach to prioritize who, when and how to reach out to your book of business for highest possible utilization metrics and retention
  • Work closely with Sales to identify upselling opportunities
  • Identify and create self-serve educational material in a variety of mediums like one pagers, written-onboarding resources, how-to videos, webinars, the sky's the limit! 
  • Help identify potential case studies, build Clockwise champions and advocate for your customers during the product development process

About you

  • 3+ years experience working in a high volume, low touch customer facing role at a SaaS company
  • Self-motivating and entrepreneurial team player
  • A proven track record of launching projects from ideation to execution with successful outcomes at fast paced companies
  • You have an interest in designing, developing and making content available to customers
  • You’re a people person! Whether it’s customers or cross-functional colleagues, you’re the highly communicative glue that helps keep projects humming.
  • You’re curious and experimental without a fear of failure
  • Passionate about productivity tools and workflows

Work location

Clockwise is currently working remotely in accordance with San Francisco’s “Stay Home” ordinance.
