Clockwise is straight up amazing. Its core feature is not the status change but that it (re-)arranges meetings to optimize for every attendees focus time (= uninterrupted working hours)

We use it at @twitch and it’s awesome! It’ll even reschedule events automatically for you to give you more focus time if all people Mark the event as Flexible and warns me when someone is approaching less and less focus time for a meeting I want to schedule with them
