What is a Schedule Assist?
A Schedule Assist is when Clockwise schedules or reschedules an event (meeting, calendar hold, etc.) on your behalf. For example, when Clockwise automatically moves a meeting on Autopilot, or schedules Focus Time on your calendar, that’s a Schedule Assist. If you’re on the Free plan, your organization gets 75 Schedule Assists per week, split among all Clockwise users at your organization.
Should I upgrade my team or my whole organization?
Clockwise works best when your entire company is leveraging it. That’s because Clockwise utilizes the location, working hours, out-of-office, and team no meeting days of all users to optimize each user’s calendar. However, if you’re not in a position to pay for your entire company to use Clockwise, upgrading a single team is a great alternative. Or, one team could upgrade to Pro to test it out and then advocate for upgrading the entire company.

Do you offer individual user pricing?
As Clockwise is a product designed for teams to work more effectively, we don’t offer single-user plans. However, individuals can typically leverage the free plan without limitation.
